Essential Functions:

• Provide hands-on support for daily operations including troubleshooting automated processes or equipment when errors occur.
• Lead a team of talented electrical technicians towards the maintenance and improvement of manufacturing systems.
• Apply knowledge of electrical theory by evaluating electrical systems, products, components, and applications.
• Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment and electrical components.
• Report to work for the scheduled hours and be able to appropriately respond to situations which require attention outside of regularly scheduled hours to complete assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 0-2 years' experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Familiarity with three-phase power, AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives, PLC systems and distributive control systems.
• AutoCAD experience and ability to interpret schematics.

COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST

Essential Functions:

• Analyze and maintain system performance, business procedures and complex problems to automate or improve existing systems in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and review the computer system capabilities.
• Responsible for upkeep and integrity of existing production systems and managing SQL databases in compliance with security authorization and privacy requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain SQL Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, database data modelling for SQL server and MSSQL databases.
• Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Work with other departments to gather and analyze business and functional requirements, and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
• Conduct cost and benefits analysis for the periodic upgrade of the computer system and oversee the installation of the upgraded systems.
• Train users on use of software applications and computer systems; provide trouble shooting and debugging support; coordinate and collaborate the efforts with other departments to deliver good user experience.
• Develop production status system and application system using C++; Visualize data through the use of graphs; configure and maintain network devices.
• Migrate traditional workflow ERP system to web-based workflow, and develop the system in modern web technologies, such as HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Ajax, etc.

Essential Functions:

• Review and administer programs and proposals such as cost reduction, capital expenditures, expense budgets, etc.

Qualifications:

• 4-year BS degree in Accounting or MBA/MS in Accounting degree is required.

Technical Service Representative

We are looking for an individual with strong customer service skills to promote our product and bridge the gap between our company and customers by ensuring all customer needs are met.

Essential Functions:

• Technical support for both outside and inside sales force. Work with Sales and R&D team to ensure the product complaint process is operating efficiently with accurate information.
• Work closely with Production and Quality Control departments in troubleshooting technical issues or questions.
• Travel to customer sites to act as technical advisor for customer service calls and technical support.
• Establish technical and economic viability of new customer processes and applications and assist with product development.
• Prepare technical reports for ongoing projects and follow up with customers.

QC Chemical Lab Analyst

The Chemical Analyst is responsible for testing of visual, chemical, and physical properties associated with controlled materials, intermediate polymers, polyester textile chips, SSP chips, staple fiber, filament yarns, and samples from support processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform analytical testing according to documented procedures for controlled materials, intermediate products, finished products, and processes according to set testing schedules, by special request of production sections, and/or by instruction from QC Management.
• Assign grades to finished products according to documented grading standards.
• Maintain records and logs of all laboratory tests, readings, results, etc. according to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Contact appropriate QC Management and production personnel according to procedure when testing shows abnormal results according to established standards and controls.
• Compliance with OSHA and Company guidelines for handling of chemicals, glass, PPE, etc.
• Follow and maintain GMP guidelines in areas where they are established.
• Housekeeping in responsible areas.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred (not required).
• 2-3 years of experience in a chemical or laboratory environment preferred.
• Proficiency in mathematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to discern between different colors and shades of colors.
• Ability to complete multi-step procedures and work with analytical chemistry equipment.
• Must be able to work around potentially hazardous chemicals, odors, dust, and fumes.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (12-hour shift).
• Must be able to work on platforms of up to 10 feet.
