Since we broke ground in 1990, our commitment to never-ending improvement has been a forefront in providing the highest quality product. Our facility operates 24 hours day, 7 days a week with an overall production rate of approximately 2 billion pounds of polyester polymer per year. Certification through third party organizations such as ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) ensures that our products comply with customer and industry requirements.

ISO 9001 Certification
ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system (QMS). It certifies Nan Ya consistently provides products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Product Class I
This label certifies that every component of the product, from the fabric to the thread and accessories, has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 350 toxic chemicals. It is trusted worldwide label for textile safety, with Product Class I Certification being the highest level achievable.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
GMPs are part of a quality system covering the manufacture and testing of pharmaceutical ingredients, foods, pharmaceutical products, diagnostics, and medical devices. GMPs help ensure that a product was produced under industry-standard conditions.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Program (HACCP)
HACCP is a food safety management system that identifies and controls biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw materials to consumption. The system is designed to prevent potential problems before they occur and analyzes the various risks during each process step.
GRS (Global Recycle Standards) Compliance
GRS is a voluntary product standard for tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials in a final product. The standard applies to the full supply chain and addresses traceability, environmental principles, social & ethical requirements, chemical content and labeling.
